第一条 住宿留学生必须签订住宿协议,办理住宿登记卡,缴纳住宿押金。
第二条 寝室内禁止进行一切违法犯罪(包括但不限于酗酒、赌博、嫖娼、吸毒、贩毒等)及危害公共秩序的行为,如有此类行为将直接扭送公安机关处理并开除学籍。
第三条 学生宿舍实行传染病申报制度。凡有《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的各类传染病患者,应主动向留学生管理办公室报告。住宿学生如发现宿舍内有传染性疾病疑似患者,应及时报告;传染病病人、病源携带者和疑似传染病人,在治愈前或在排除传染病嫌疑前,应服从学校(医院)的医疗指导意见,积极配合有关住宿的调整和安排。
第四条 住宿学生按照指定寝室住宿。未经学院批准任何人员不得私自入住学生寝室,任何学生不得私自调换寝室。
第五条 本栋寝室楼执行访客登记制度,所有访客必须在一楼值班台进行身份信息登记。
第六条 住宿学生不得在寝室内留宿非本宿舍人员,擅自留宿非本宿舍人员,留学生管理办公室将给以相应处罚并取消该学生住宿资格。因擅自留宿非本宿舍人员造成其他同学或集体财产损失、人身伤害的,留宿者将承担连带赔偿责任及相关法律责任。
第七条 住宿学生需按时缴纳住宿费,电费等。如学生无故拖欠费用、未按学校规定时间返校或无故离校,留学生管理办公室有权取消该生住宿资格,根据有关规定强制将其搬出,室内物品有偿保管一个月,逾期未认领,留学生管理办公室有权进行相应处置。
第八条 房间的所有统一配置的家具家电(桌、椅、床、柜、电视、冰箱、洗衣机、热水器、空调)不得自行拆卸,转借,移动、损坏及丢弃。如有遗失损坏,照价赔偿(价格见宿舍内设备价目表)。
第九条 房间内水,电,网络仅限本房间内使用。未经许可,任何个人不得私自拆装,改装,转接上述设备设施,不得私拉线路,改造水电。学院及宿舍管理部门有权制止上述行为,并视情节轻重给予通报批评或纪律处分,乃至追究法律责任。
第十条 寝室内不得饲养任何宠物(包括但不限于猫、狗、昆虫、两栖类、鸟类)。
第十一条 住宿学生不许污损室内及楼道墙壁,地面,门窗及天花板,不许乱写乱画乱贴,墙面不许凿铁钉等硬物。学院将定期进行检查,如发现有违者,将按照污损的面积测算后予以罚款(处罚准为每平米100元),宿舍内公共部分的污损由违反者承担,未查出具体人,由本套居住人员共同承担。
第十二条 住宿学生应保持室内及公共区间的清洁卫生。室内垃圾及时丢弃到一楼相应垃圾桶内,不得在走廊堆放,一经发现,将予以相应的处罚。走廊内禁止堆放落地晾衣架。
第十三条 宿舍区为学生休息场所,请保持宿舍区的安静,杜绝大声喧哗等一切影响他人正常学习和休息的行为。宿舍楼内不得举办舞会、聚会、烧烤等团体活动。宿舍走廊及庭院等公共空间内禁止进行宗教活动。禁止其它一切违反中国法律和风俗习惯的活动。
第十四条 宿舍内不得存放易燃、易爆物品。
第十五条 注意用电安全,住宿学生不得私拉乱接电线。宿舍内统一配置的电器不得擅自修理或拆卸,由于使用不当引起的后果由责任人负责。应购买使用正规厂家生产的,经过认证的合格电器产品。卫生间内不得使用电热水器以外的任何电器。留学生办公室有权制止违章用电行为。
第十六条 注意节约用水用电。
第十七条 宿舍内的水,电,灯,门等设施出现故障,请尽快到一楼值班室登记。家具家电出现故障请尽快到留学生管理办公室登记。
第十八条 外出时注意断水断电,锁好门窗,如因出门未断水电而造成他人及公共财产损失者,将承担连带赔偿责任及相关法律责任。
第十九条 寝室内不得使用电磁炉、烤箱、电饭煲等厨用电器,做饭请到公共厨房(409),公共厨房内严禁吸烟或使用明火。
第二十条 住宿学生如违反住宿管理规定,留学生管理办公室有权取消其住宿资格。
第二十一条 本办法由国际教育学院留学生管理办公室负责解释。
Dormitory Dwelling Rules for International Students
Article 1. Dwelling international students must sign a dwelling contract and secure a dwelling registration card and pay accommodation deposit(A freshman is required to pay 300 Yuan as deposit upon chocking-in. The deposit will be refunded after chocking-out. There will be no refund if the receipt for paid deposit Is lost or room or equipment in room is damaged upon checking-out).
Article 2. Illicit and criminal activities like excessive drinking, gambling, whoring, drug abuse, drug trafficking and other acts that disturb public order are prohibited in the dormitory. If there is such behavior, it will be directly turned over to the police and doer will be expelled from the school immediately.
Article 3. An infectious disease declaration system is effectuated in student dormitory. Anyone who contracts any of the infectious diseases specified in the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Treatment of Infectious Diseases shall report on his/her own initiative to International Students Office. Students who find a suspectable infectious disease patient in the dormitories must contact the management timely. Infectious disease patients, pathogen carriers and suspectable infectious disease patients must follow the medical instructions and advice from the university hospital and actively cooperate for necessary medical and accommodation arrangements before they are cured or the suspicion removed.
Article 4. Students must dwell in the designated dormitory room. No one is allowed to move into a student dormitory or change his/her dwelling room without the approval of the International Students Office.
Article 5. This dormitory implements visitor registration regulation, and all visitors must register their identity information at the duty desk in first floor.
Article 6. Dwelling students should not take in a person other than from their own dormitory for the night. Students who let others stay overnight will be regarded as violating the residence agreement. International Students Office has the right to cancel the student’s dwelling eligibility. If they do so and the act causes any loss of private or public property in the dormitory or physical injury of other dwellers, the doers will have to bear legal and compensation liabilities.
Article 7. Dwelling students must pay accommodation fees, electricity fees, etc. in a timely fashion. If a student is behind in payment without sound reasons, does not return to school after vacation in the scheduled time, or leave school without sound reasons, International Students Office has the right to cancel the student's dwelling eligibility, and force the student to move. International Students Office will offer paid service of keeping the student's left objects for a month. If the student still does not show up, the office is authorized to dispose these objects.
Article 8. No furniture, facilities or equipment equipped in the rooms by the university (desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, TV, fridge, wash machine, AC and hot-water tank) can be dismantled, displaced, discarded or lent to others. If there is any loss or damage to any facility mentioned above, compensation will be made according to the price list.
Article 9. The water, electricity and internet facility in the room are for use in that room only. Dwelling students are not allowed to disassemble, modify, or transfer the above-mentioned facility. If they do so and the act causes any loss of private or public property in the dormitory or physical injury of other dwellers, the doers will have to bear legal and compensation liabilities.
Article 10. Dwelling students are not allowed to keep pets (including but not limited to cats, dogs, incest, birds and amphibians) in this building.
Article 11. Dwelling students should not contaminate(including but not limited to scribble and paste) indoor and corridor walls, floors, doors, windows and ceilings, and also should not chisel iron nails and other hard objects on the walls. If they do so, the doers will have to bear compensation liabilities(100 yuan per square meter).
Article 12. Dwelling students are expected to consciously protect indoor/public sanitation and help create a clean, tidy and orderly dwelling environment. They must dump indoor garbage directly into designated barrels at first floor, put dangerous wastes into designated storage site. Floor Hangers are prohibited to use in corridors.
Article 13. Dwelling students should keep quiet in this building. Group activities such as dancing, parties, and BBQ are not allowed in this building. Dwelling students are not allowed to practice any religious activities in public areas. All other activities that violate Chinese laws and customs are prohibited.
Article 14. No flammable and explosive items(including but not limited to gas tank, kerosene, gasoline and oil paint) are allowed to storing in the dormitory
Article 15. Students must pay attention to the safe use of electricity. No extending wire without permission. Electrical appliances equipped in dormitories are not to be repaired or dismantled without permission; damage of facilities or equipment caused by improper use will be borne by the user. Students must purchase and use certified electrical products made by accredited manufacturers. No electrical facilities other than hot water tank are allowed in the bathroom. International Students Office are entitled to stop electricity consuming activities in violation of regulations.
Article 16. Save water and electricity, do not waste.
Article 17. Please register the malfunction of water, electricity, lights or doors at duty desk in the first floor as soon as possible. Other furniture and facilities (desk, chair, bed, wardrobe, TV, fridge, wash machine, AC and hot-water tank) malfunction should report to International Students Office in time.
Article 18. Dwelling students should close the doors and windows, turn off the unnecessary appliances when leaving the dormitory. If their act causes any loss of private or public property in the dormitory or physical injury of other dwellers, the doers will have to bear legal and compensation liabilities.
Article 19. Kitchen appliances such as induction cookers, ovens, and rice cookers are not allowed in the dorm. Please use the public kitchen(409) for cooking. Smoking or open flames are strictly prohibited in public kitchen.
Article 20. International Students Office reserves the right to cancel the dwelling eligibility of those students who violate the provisions of the dormitory dwelling rules or fail to abide by the dwelling contract.
Article 21. Interpretation of this document shall be the responsibility of International Students Office.
