学生公寓14栋活动室是由武汉体育学院国际教育学院留学生管理工作办公室建立的活动室。为加强对活动室的管理，防止造成人员意外伤害，保障设备和器材完好率和使用寿命，特针对本活动室制定以下制度：
1.本活动室面向我院留学生开放，开放时间为每日的8点至22点，非开放时间务必保证房门上锁，最后使用活动室的同学请在离开时锁好房门；
2.进入房间请合理着装，为保护身体安全及场地地面完好率，禁止穿戴高跟鞋、皮鞋进入场地；
3.室内禁止吸烟、禁止饮酒、禁止饮食，避免携带高温物体进入场地，如若弄脏场地需负责清理；
4.健身请在至少饭后1小时进行，禁止在酒后锻炼；
5.活动前请热身，活动中避免分心影响锻炼效果或造成身体伤害；
6.正确学习各种健身器材的使用方法、功能以及保养常识，按照说明正确使用器械，禁止使用器材进行设计用途以外的操作以免造成身体伤害或设备和器材损坏；
7.器材轻拿轻放、禁止摔杠摔哑铃，硬拉请务必使用缓冲垫，活动时音乐务必保持在合理音量，以免打扰他人休息；
8.如遇到技术问题及器材故障请及时告知留办，不得擅自操作；
9.禁止私自挪用器材，私人物品及个人锻炼器材请勿留在室内；
10.保持室内清洁，结束运动后自觉将器材归位，并清扫活动室。
11.禁止利用室内水电做饭等一切与活动室设计用途无关的操作。
如违反以上管理制度，造成不良后果或私人物品遗失，责任自负。若因使用不当发生设备和器材损坏，需原价赔偿。
如在随机巡查中发现器材损坏、使用后不归位、房门不关等情形而无人承认的，活动室将关闭。
THE REGULATION OF ACTIVITIES ROOM
The activities room is funded by the International Students' Affairs Office(School of International Education) of WHSU. In order to facilitate the management of the activity room, promote scientific fitness, prevent accidental injuries, ensure the integrity and service life of the equipment, the following rules are specially formulated for the activity room:
1. All international students who live in this building are welcome to be stronger in this activity room from 8:00 to 22:00.
2. Please dress properly when entering the room. In order to protect your physical safety and the integrity of the ground, high heels and leather shoes can not into the site.
3. Smoking,drinking and eating are prohibited in the room. Do not bring hot objects into the site or eat in the activity room, or you need to clean it up.
4. Please exercise at least one hours after meals, and it is forbidden to exercise after drinking.
5. Please warm up in advance and avoid distractions during work out.
6. Correctly learn the use methods, functions and maintenance knowledge of various fitness equipment. Please use the equipment correctly according to the instructions, and prohibit illegal operation to avoid physical injury or damage to equipment.
7. Take equipment lightly, DO NOT drop dumbbell and barbell, when do deadlift please use cushions, music must be kept at a reasonable volume so as not to disturb others.
8. In case of technical problems and equipment failures, please inform ISO in time and do not operate without authorization.
9. It is forbidden to misappropriate equipment without permission, Do not leave personal items and personal exercise equipment in the room.
10. Keep the room clean, return the equipment consciously after exercising, and clean the activity room.
11. It is forbidden to use the water and electricity for cooking and other operations that are not related to the design purpose of the activity room.
If anyone violate the above regulation and cause adverse consequences, the person shall bear the responsibility. If the equipment were damaged due to improper use the original price shall be compensated.
The activity room will be closed if no one acknowledges that the equipment is damaged, not returned after use, or the door is not closed during random inspections.
