根据国家留学基金管理委员会规定，中国政府奖学金新生须在“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（以下简称“管理系统”）完成线上注册。请同学们认真阅读本通知内容。
According to the current policy of China Scholarship Council (CSC), from this year the Chinese Government Scholarship students have to complete the online registration through the “Chinese Government Scholarship Information System”, hereinafter referred to as “the system”.All the senior Students please read this notice carefully.

注册对象Types of students included
全体中国政府奖学金生老生均须在管理系统中注册。
All the senior students are required to register through this system.
线上注册Online registration
所有老生需于注册时间内使用CSC登记号登录中国政府奖学金管理系统 （ https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login ）完成线上注册。如因网络条件等客观原因无法完成注册者，须于10月15日前联系留学生办公室帮助其在系统内完成注册操作。具体操作步骤如下：
All new international students should use their CSC numbers to log in the system (https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login) to complete the online registration within due time. Students who are not able to complete the online registration due to personal reasons such as internet problems shall contact theinternational students officeto help them complete the online registration beforeOct15th. The online registration should be done with the following steps.
步骤一：使用CSC号登录中国政府奖学金管理系统，密码为申请奖学金时注册的账号密码；
Step 1: Log in the system with your CSC number. The password is the same as the one of your account created for applying scholarship.
步骤二：登录后，在页面中左上角菜单栏处点击“报到注册”；
Step 2: After log-in, click the“Registration”button in the left upper corner of the homepage.
步骤三：进入注册页面后，仔细核对个人信息，包括CSC登记号、护照姓名、护照号码、出生日期、国籍等，如有误请及时联系学校进行更改。完成信息核对后，选择授课模式（中国境内学生选择“线下”，境外学生选择“线上”）并填写备用邮箱，最后点击“确认注册”。
Step 3: After entering the registration page, please check your personal information carefully, including your CSC number, passport name, passport number, date of birth and nationality, etc. If there's any problem, please contact the university to correct the information. After information check, please select the teaching mode (“offline”for students currently in China and“online”for students currently abroad) and fill in your backup email address, then click the confirmation button.
休学申请Scholarship suspension
由于部分境外学生因各种原因无法入境，如需办理休学，也请先完成线上注册，并于10月14日之前向留学生办公室提交《武汉体育学院留学生休／复/退学申请表》，由国际教育学院审核通过并上报国家留学基金管理委员会。
As some international students can not come back to China. Students who need to apply scholarship suspension due to this special circumstances, need make online registration beforehand then submit Suspension/Reentry/Dropout Application Form to the international students office before Oct 14th, 2022.
Only with the university's approval and confirmation with CSC can their scholarship qualification be retained.
在华期间生活费Aboutliving stipend
学生在境外接受线上教学期间不发放奖学金生活费。
International students who are outside China will not receivemonthly livingstipend during the period of online teaching.
