为合理有效地安排境外学生顺利返校完成学业，留学生管理办公室将根据研究生院的学位论文答辩及学位申请安排，并综合各位同学的论文（开题）进度与剩余寝室数量分批安排大家返校。

Dear Students:
The spring semester of 2023 has started, as the university’s new dormitory building has not yet been completed, there are limited empty rooms in Dormitory 14.
In order to make reasonable arrangements for overseas students to return to school to complete their studies, International Students Office will arrange everyone to return in batches according to The Thesis Defense and Degree Application Timetable of the Graduate School, as well as the progress of each one’s thesis (proposal) and the number of remaining dormitories.
